For our founder, Valentine, insomnia wasn't just an occasional inconvenience; it was a constant battle against the pressures of modern life. The tossing, turning, and clock-watching led to a deep-seated belief that there had to be a better, more natural way to reclaim the restorative sleep our forefathers took for granted.

This personal mission became a shared one. Valentine reconnected with his old friend, Gabriel, whom he had met thirteen years earlier while they were both studying in medical school. While their paths had diverged—Valentine becoming a passionate researcher and product visionary in the wellness space, and Gabriel becoming a full-time, practicing GP—they were united by a shared understanding of health and a desire to provide clear, effective solutions.

Together, they realised the problem was universal. Modern life, with its constant connectivity and urban pace, has disrupted our natural ability to rest. They decided to combine Valentine's extensive research and product curation with Gabriel's medical expertise to create a solution.
